Systems thinking
I connect terminology, hierarchy, behavior, governance, and team process instead of treating them as separate problems.
About me
I'm a content designer and systems thinker. I help teams define complex products, build shared language, and create structures that work for the people using them—and the people maintaining them.

How I work
I'm most useful when a product is growing faster than its mental model: many stakeholders, overlapping concepts, emerging technology, and no single view of how the whole thing fits together.
I use language as a design material. That can mean naming a product capability, structuring a platform, establishing a content model, shaping interaction logic, or writing the narrative that helps a team see a new possibility. I care about the words—but I'm usually thinking about the system those words reveal.
At Visa, my work spanned a public design system, enterprise AI, treasury infrastructure, public-sector experience strategy, and future-state agentic concepts. Across those very different domains, the throughline was the same: bring clarity to complexity, make the relationships visible, and give teams a durable structure to build on.
I connect terminology, hierarchy, behavior, governance, and team process instead of treating them as separate problems.
I turn ambiguity into a shared model teams can examine, test, and improve together.
I make complex information clear without flattening the nuance users need to make good decisions.
I use code-based and AI-assisted workflows to explore structure, interaction, and content directly in the experience.
I'm probably trying a new recipe with my cats right underfoot.
